We are dealing with Natural, Nitrile, Chloroprene, EPDM, BR, HNBR, SBR, Silicone, Viton, TPE, Acrylic, Rigid and Flexible PVC and Urethane Rubbers, the compounds are Designed and developed to achieve High Tensile strength, Bonding Strength, Suitable Stiffness, Resistance to compression set, Good Ageing properties, Resistance to Oil Swelling, Resistance to Ozone, Good Low Temperature Properties, Environment Stress Cracking Resistance, High Damping, Specified Stiffness, Specified Ash content and Specific gravity.
Engine Mounting & SILENT BLOCKS
Engine Mounting is a Rubber to metal Bonded Component used for absorbing the vibrations of the Engine in Automotive applications. We manufacture anti vibration mountings as per customer specification as shown in the figure.
PROFILED FUEL HOSES
We Manufacture Non Reinforced Profiled Hoses in different kind of rubbers with the Production Technology of Co-Extrusion.
'O’ Rings
We manufacture flash less ‘o’ rings for static sealing applications. The ‘o’ rings are made up of NBR, Neoprene and Silicon Rubbers to withstand high service temperature and oil resistance.
RUBBER PROFILES AND BEADINGS
We Manufacture complicated profiles for different industrial applications and Automotive Applications. The simple profiles and co-extruded profiles are made up of EPDM, PVC-NBR, Neoprene and Silicon Rubbers. And also we manufacture Sponge Profiles for Sealing Applications.
Rubber Bushes
We manufacture different kinds of rubber bushes for automotive applications. The general bushes are foot rest, seat cushion, vibration dampers, rubber stoppers and sleeves.
Oil Seals
The oil seals are made for sealing in dynamic applications like rotary and reciprocating movements. We are using NBR, Acrylic rubber, HNBR and viton for oil seals.
Bellows
We manufacture bellows and dust covers for different automotive applications like axle bellows, air filter inlets and outlets.
masks
The masks are mostly made up of silicon rubber and viton rubbers. These components are used for masking purpose in paint shops and powder coating. The masks components will with stand the temperature up to 250 degree centigrade.
